How It Works
The beginning stages of our process are designed to give both of us an idea of what it’s like to work together. There is never any pressure to hire us. We encourage you to take your time in considering our collaboration and if our recommendations make sense to you. If you decide you would like to partner with us, we’re excited to begin a long-term journey together.
We begin with a 15-minute phone call to learn more about each other. We’ll get to know more about you, your priorities and goals, your current financial position, and your equity compensation. You’ll learn about our planning process and what to expect from us.
Information Gathering & Analysis
If we agree it makes sense for us to take this next step together, we’ll ask you to provide information to help us create an overall picture. We take a comprehensive look at everything, identifying opportunities to improve your position and then crafting an initial plan for you.
Executive Summary Meeting
We’ll have another meeting to walk through an executive summary of our findings. We’ll discuss in detail how your priorities fit into our recommendations. If you decide you’d like to work with us to improve your trajectory, we’ll send you a proposal, planning agreements to sign, and we’ll schedule our next meeting.
